When exactly do I get charged? +
You are charged only after we confirm a review has been successfully removed from your Google profile. We send you before-and-after screenshots as proof, and then generate your invoice. The audit, strategy report, and all work leading up to removal happen at no cost to you.
What if only some reviews are removed? +
You pay only for the reviews that are actually removed. If we attempt to remove 10 reviews and 7 come down, you pay for 7. The other 3 are at no charge. Simple and fair.
Can I cancel the monthly plan anytime? +
Yes — our monitoring plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We don't lock businesses into agreements.
