Service Agreement
By engaging ReviewWhipe's services, you agree to these terms. ReviewWhipe provides online reputation management services including review analysis, review removal assistance, and monitoring services.
Review Removal Services
ReviewWhipe operates on a performance-based model. No payment is due for review removal services until a review has been confirmed removed from the target platform. Client agrees to the per-removal fee quoted in their strategy report prior to any work commencing.
ReviewWhipe does not guarantee the removal of any specific review. Our quoted success rates are based on historical performance for similar cases. Individual results may vary based on the nature of the review, platform policies, and supporting evidence available.
All review removal activities conducted by ReviewWhipe comply with the terms of service and content policies of the relevant review platforms. ReviewWhipe does not use automated tools, fake accounts, or any methods that violate platform policies.
Monthly Monitoring Plans
Monthly plans are billed in advance, month-to-month. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice. No refunds for partial months. Review removal under monthly plans is still charged per successful removal at the discounted monitoring-plan rate.
Payment Terms
Per-removal invoices are due within 15 days of removal confirmation. Monthly monitoring plans are due in advance. Accounts overdue by 30+ days may have services suspended.
Refund Policy
Since clients are charged only for successfully removed reviews, standard refunds do not apply to removal services. If a removed review is re-posted by the platform within 30 days and we are unable to have it removed again, we will credit that removal fee toward future services.
Limitation of Liability
ReviewWhipe's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in dispute. ReviewWhipe is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. ReviewWhipe is not responsible for changes in review platform policies that affect our ability to secure removals.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Disputes shall be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.
